Evidence Leaders

The Kent Education Evidence Hub aims to support Kent schools to develop evidence-engaged cultures and practices. We focus on building capacity by developing people to play specific roles within and beyond their schools.

We will sustain the development of Evidence Champions and Improvement Champions, both roles that have been established in the county as a result of significant programmes in recent years, specifically the Effective Kent Programme and the Kent Inclusion Leaders Programme.

We will promote training opportunities offered by organisations such as Research Schools, Teaching School Hubs and Curriculum Hubs where they invite experienced teachers to work beyond their own schools to support evidence engagement.
